The Pittsburgh Penguins are actively negotiating and hope to secure a new deal with Russian forward Evgeni Malkin, according to General Manager Kyle Dubas. So we would really like to keep him, and we continue to work with his agent on this.”

Malkin’s current contract with the Penguins expires at the end of the 2025/26 season. He has played for the team since 2006, winning three Stanley Cups (2009, 2016, 2017). Евгений Малкин
